Meet the Attorney. 

Founding Attorney Shelby L. Webb strives to help her clients navigate complex legal scenarios with ease. She utilizes a detailed approach that emphasizes the particular facts and circumstances of each case to provide clients with customized strategies that instill trust and confidence.

Shelby grew up in a family business. This experience ultimately inspired her commitment to crafting solutions tailored to the needs of small businesses.  She understands the unique challenges small businesses face and is committed to helping her clients overcome those obstacles.

Shelby is a licensed attorney in both Nevada and Oregon. Her practice areas include: civil litigation, business law, estate planning/probate, and family law.   ​​​​

After taking the Nevada bar exam, Shelby completed a clerkship at the Nevada Supreme Court with the Honorable Justice Ron D. Parraguirre. Shelby finds appellate advocacy especially rewarding, as it demands rigorous analysis of intricate legal questions and the creation of persuasive written briefs. She recognizes that appeals sharpen attorneys' critical thinking skills and allow them to contribute meaningfully to the justice system.  ​​​​​

Shelby obtained her Juris Doctor from the Willamette University College of Law, where she received a Pro Bono Honors Award and was inducted into the Order of Barristers, a national honor society limited to graduating law students who demonstrate exceptional skill and trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing.  Shelby also earned high papers in several of her law school classes, including Cannabis Law and Professional Responsibility.

Outside of the courtroom, Shelby enjoys playing with her Italian Greyhounds, Maverick and Moon, skiing, and tending to her houseplant collection.
